To maintain fairness and consistency for all candidates, the following refund policy applies:<\/p>\r\n<h3>1. Non-Refundable Fees<\/h3>\r\n<p>All payments made towards PLAB-2 courses are strictly non-refundable. This applies to all enrolments regardless of the reason, including but not limited to:<br \/><br \/>&#8211; Visa refusal or immigration delays<br \/>&#8211; Personal or family emergencies<br \/>&#8211; Change of circumstances or mind<br \/>&#8211; Medical issues or illness<br \/>&#8211; Travel disruptions or accommodation problems<br \/>&#8211; Failure to attend the course or arriving late<br \/><br \/>By making payment and enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.<\/p>\r\n<h3>2. Rescheduling Policy (Discretionary)<\/h3>\r\n<p>In rare, exceptional cases, UKPASS Academy may offer a one-time transfer to a future course at our discretion. This is not guaranteed and depends on:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>A written request submitted at least 14 days before the course start date.<\/li>\r\n<li>Valid supporting documents (e.g., visa refusal letter or medical certificate).<\/li>\r\n<li>Availability of seats in the upcoming batch.<\/li>\r\n<li>An applicable administrative fee (if any).<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>Rescheduling requests made after the course has started will not be considered.<\/p>\r\n<h3>3. No Partial Refunds or Credits<\/h3>\r\n<p>We do not offer partial refunds or credits for:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Missed classes or leaving the course early.<\/li>\r\n<li>Technical issues on your end for online sessions.<\/li>\r\n<li>Dissatisfaction with course content or delivery.<\/li>\r\n<li>Any other reason not pre-approved in writing.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3>4. Acceptance of Terms<\/h3>\r\n<p>By enrolling in the PLAB-2 course and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this refund policy.
