PLAB-2 Refund Policy – UKPASS Academy
At UKPASS Academy, we are dedicated to providing high-quality PLAB-2 training, delivered with expert instruction and structured support. To maintain fairness and consistency for all candidates, the following refund policy applies:
1. Non-Refundable Fees
All payments made towards PLAB-2 courses are strictly non-refundable. This applies to all enrolments regardless of the reason, including but not limited to:
– Visa refusal or immigration delays
– Personal or family emergencies
– Change of circumstances or mind
– Medical issues or illness
– Travel disruptions or accommodation problems
– Failure to attend the course or arriving late
By making payment and enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
2. Rescheduling Policy (Discretionary)
In rare, exceptional cases, UKPASS Academy may offer a one-time transfer to a future course at our discretion. This is not guaranteed and depends on:
- A written request submitted at least 14 days before the course start date.
- Valid supporting documents (e.g., visa refusal letter or medical certificate).
- Availability of seats in the upcoming batch.
- An applicable administrative fee (if any).
Rescheduling requests made after the course has started will not be considered.
3. No Partial Refunds or Credits
We do not offer partial refunds or credits for:
- Missed classes or leaving the course early.
- Technical issues on your end for online sessions.
- Dissatisfaction with course content or delivery.
- Any other reason not pre-approved in writing.
4. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the PLAB-2 course and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this refund policy. This policy constitutes a binding agreement and is enforceable under UK law.
