What We're All About

We are a group of junior, middle grades, and senior doctors who wish to promote good medical practice among PLAB2 aspirants. We also wish to help them become very safe doctors after PLAB2. In addition to very precise algorithms that follow guidelines, our courses also include model simulations, high-quality mannequins, 16 mock rooms, UK-trained NHS doctors, native simulators, workshops, and friendly environments. It is located in a beautiful building in Manchester, close to accommodation and transportation. Exam repeaters get discounts.

Refund & Course Access Policy

1. Standard Refund Policy

  • All refund requests must be emailed to admin@ukpassacademy.com.

  • Refund within 3 days of booking: £50 administration fee will be deducted.

  • Refund after 3 days of booking: £100 administration fee will be deducted.

  • No refunds are available after 7 days from the date of booking, regardless of attendance.

  • All discounted bookings are strictly non-refundable.

2. Online Course Access

  • Our courses follow a hybrid learning model, with a significant portion delivered online.

  • Once access is given to our LMS, videos, notes, or online resources, that portion becomes non-refundable.

  • Non-attendance of live or in-person sessions does not qualify for a refund if online access has already been activated.

3. Mock Exams

  • Mock exam bookings are normally non-refundable.

  • If you cancel or do not attend, the mock fee will be forfeited.

  • In special visa-related circumstances (see Section 4), only the mock fee may be refunded — not the full course amount.

4. Special Circumstance – Visa Rejection

We support international candidates; however, due to hybrid delivery and immediate online access, full course refunds are not offered in visa refusal cases.

A limited refund is available under the following condition:

Visa Rejected Twice – Mock Refund Only

If:

  • Your visa is rejected twice, and

  • You provide official UKVI refusal letters as evidence,

Then:

  • UKPASS Academy will refund only the mock exam fee (£120).

  • Course fees, online access, and practice access remain non-refundable, as services have already been delivered or reserved.

5. Summary

  • Course fee: Non-refundable after 7 days.

  • Discounted course: Non-refundable.

  • Online access (LMS, videos, notes): Non-refundable once activated.

  • Mock exams: Non-refundable except in the specific visa-rejection scenario.

  • Visa rejected twice with proof: Only the mock fee (£120) is refundable.
